The receptionist is the first and most important contact for all guests of the house. In order to professionally welcome international and in particular western guests and to always be able to help them with their stay, it is essential to speak comprehensible English and understand the customers.

In the course English for Hotel Receptionists we teach how to:

  • accept or deny reservations
  • inform about the rates, services and facilities
  • check in, inquire information and check out
  • lead guest to their room or apartment
  • do some smalltalk
