The receptionist is the first and most important contact for all guests of the house. In order to professionally welcome international and in particular western guests and to always be able to help them with their stay, it is essential to speak comprehensible Chinese and understand the customers.
In the course Chinese for Hotel Receptionists we teach how to:
- welcome guests in Chinese
- answering phone calls
- accept or deny reservations
- inform about the rates, services and facilities
- check in, inquire information and check out
- lead guest to their room or apartment
- do some smalltalk
- give recommendations about the area
The course gives the participants the necessary vocabulary in theoretical lessons, many practical exercises with role-playing in real life situation and pronunciation training.
